What you will do

  • Develop and execute design strategies that translate luxury positioning into impactful visual touchpoints.
  • Safeguard and evolve the brand visual identity across campaigns, digital assets, and social platforms.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers to deliver bold and commercially powerful work.
  • Integrate emerging design technologies and AI-driven tools to enhance creative efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Editorial, Marketing, UX, and Product teams to ensure cohesive, immersive customer journeys.
  • Manage team workflows, project allocation, and individual development to ensure design excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in design leadership within luxury, fashion, or e-commerce sectors.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and emerging AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly).
  • Strong expertise in brand systems, design thinking, and luxury storytelling.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead creative teams effectively.
  • English proficiency required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
