What you will do

• Lead and scale the engineering organization, focusing on productivity and delivery quality.
• Ensure system stability, security, compliance, and operational resilience.
• Mentor and develop engineering leadership to foster a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with product, customer success, and sales as a key member of the leadership team.
• Represent the company in technical engagements with senior stakeholders and customers.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a technology leader in high-growth B2B software companies.
• Experience managing mission-critical enterprise software and high-reliability systems.
• Technical credibility in modern cloud platforms, architectures, and API design.
• Strong background in hiring, organizational development, and scaling high-talent engineering teams.
• Ability to balance technical discipline with business growth needs.
• Must be based in Europe to support remote or hybrid work in Croatia.
