What you will do

• Lead the development of new software products for a cloud security platform.
• Estimate, plan, and manage development tasks while reporting on progress.
• Ensure software quality through code ownership rather than relying on external testing.
• Collaborate with product owners and UX teams to define and clarify requirements.
• Participate in shared team responsibility for overall development efforts.
• Optimize frontend performance and solve complex technical challenges.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Redux, and MobX
• Strong understanding of UX and frontend performance optimization
• Deep knowledge of communication protocols (HTTP, REST, GraphQL)
• Solid computer science background including algorithm complexity and data structures
• English proficiency: B2 (Upper Intermediate)

• Experience working in product-focused companies
