Location: Hybrid role with a requirement of 2 days per week in the Cambridge office, UK.

What you will do

• Collaborate with in-house design and R&D teams to develop new features for the mobile app.
• Refine and enhance existing mobile application offerings.
• Write and maintain high-quality, clean code for mobile platforms.
• Work towards cross-platform competence in both Android and iOS development with provided training.
• Communicate proactively within the team while managing independent development tasks.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Cambridge 2 days per week.
• Proven experience designing and developing mobile applications for Android.
• Strong working knowledge of Java, XML, and Kotlin.
• Understanding of Android SDK, UI design principles, and performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and follow development best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with C++.
• Experience with JavaScript.
