What you will do

• Architect and build autonomous multi-agent frameworks and LLM-powered components.
• Design and implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations and agent orchestration layers.
• Develop AI SDLC pipelines, automation tools, and workflows across the lifecycle.
• Build POCs and prototypes to benchmark architectural scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with clients and product teams to define requirements and deliver AI solutions.
• Guide stakeholders on the adoption and integration of cutting-edge AI toolkits.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of software engineering experience with at least 1 year in Agentic AI systems.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (Python, Java, or Go also accepted).
• Hands-on experience with agentic architectures, multi-agent systems, and MCP integrations.
• Solid understanding of AI model lifecycles, prompting, and evaluation loops.
• Consulting mindset with the ability to own end-to-end technical delivery.
• Must be based in Albania, Ukraine, or Europe.

Nice to have

• Experience with vector databases, RAG, and embeddings.
• Background in MLOps, backend engineering, or system design.
• Knowledge of LLM fine-tuning and model customization.
• Experience integrating AI into production-grade applications.
