Location: Must be based in Buenos Aires, Argentina and available for a hybrid work model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

What you will do
- Lead and motivate a team of service desk agents managing multichannel support requests.
- Ensure service delivery in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
- Plan and allocate resources to maximize productivity and coverage.
- Monitor and analyze service levels and SLAs to address performance gaps.
- Coach and develop team members through regular feedback and improvement initiatives.
- Interpret operational performance reports to drive data-based decision-making.
Requirements
- Must be a current resident of Argentina.
- 2–3 years of experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in a Service Desk or Call Center.
- Proficiency with CRM, Service Desk, or Contact Center tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Avaya).
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Must be trilingual: Advanced English, Fluent Portuguese, and Fluent Spanish.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
