Salary: £28,748–£35,500 DOE, plus up to £1,500 performance bonus

What you will do

• Investigate suspected fraudulent activities using dedicated software and intelligence tools.
• Produce usable intelligence products to identify exposure and reduce indemnity spend.
• Collaborate with investigators, underwriters, and the broader intelligence team.
• Handle, analyze, and evaluate highly confidential datasets and documentation.
• Maintain professional relationships with intelligence suppliers and law enforcement agencies.
• Ensure adherence to DPA, FCA, and TCF regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship (minimum one year remaining on current visa if applicable).
• Strong analytical and lateral thinking skills with an ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent written communication skills for producing clear, concise reports.
• Experience in claims or underwriting best practices regarding leakage control and risk management.
• Ongoing interest in online trends and social networking for investigative purposes.
• Experience with electronic fraud detection or intelligence analysis software is preferred.
