What you will do

• Own the overall UI/UX quality for nRF Connect Desktop and VS Code extension products.
• Design intuitive layouts, components, and interactions for complex technical developer tools.
• Translate intricate technical workflows into simple, accessible user experiences.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and product owners to align design decisions with technical constraints.
• Maintain and structure design assets in Figma to ensure consistency across multiple teams.
• Support developers during the implementation phase to maintain design integrity.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing software user interfaces.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and maintaining shared design systems.
• Solid foundation in frontend development including html, css, and javascript.
• Understanding of responsive layouts and modern browser behavior.
• English proficiency required for communication.
• Must be able to work onsite in Trondheim, Norway.
