What you will do

• Design, build, and ship full-stack features across the SlackCRM and Slackforce product surfaces.
• Develop reliable, scalable services that support real-time data synchronization between Slack and hirify.global.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and platform teams to translate requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
• Contribute to technical excellence in real-time data sync, bulk operations, and conversational AI interfaces.
• Participate in code reviews, drive best practices, and mentor junior engineers.
• Champion customer feedback loops and align development with goals for AI-powered work experiences.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies like React and TypeScript.
• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, or Python.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining scalable APIs and services.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to deliver complex features end-to-end.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and communicate technical trade-offs clearly.
