What you will do

  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive game design documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Monitor and steer product development in close collaboration with artists, animators, and developers.
  • Analyze performance metrics and market trends to influence game launch strategies.
  • Formulate and test hypotheses to optimize game mechanics and player engagement.
  • Design and execute A/B testing processes to validate improvements.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancement.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Game Designer or 1+ year in slot game design.
  • Strong proficiency in game design principles and scripting.
  • Solid mathematical and analytical skills for game balancing.
  • Creative approach to generating innovative game concepts.
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and meet strict project deadlines.
  • Passion for gaming with a deep understanding of various gaming platforms.

Nice to have

  • Basic understanding of programming or advanced scripting.
  • Knowledge of UX design principles.
