What you will do

• Lead large-scale initiatives for new products and platform improvements.
• Manage the full lifecycle of programs, including cross-functional planning and stakeholder communication.
• Oversee the migration from legacy Okta instances to client environments, ensuring scalability.
• Drive strategic planning and execution while minimizing operational disruption.
• Establish SOPs and standardize technical operations to drive continuous improvement.
• Use data and metrics to create executive-level reports and decision-making clarity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience.
• Proven experience in program managing Okta migrations.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience working with information security teams and enterprise security controls.
• Strong familiarity with cloud architecture, AWS, and modern software development practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence leadership.
