We are looking for a Principal Systems & Controls Software Engineer
🎯 Requirements:
• 6+ years of experience developing software for complex physical systems (robotics, semiconductor, industrial automation, laser systems)
• Expert-level Python and strong skills in C++ / Rust / C
• Experience with multi-device synchronization and machine state machines
• Ability to read schematics and debug hardware/software interactions
• Hands-on experience with vendor SDKs/APIs (controllers, cameras, DAQ systems)
• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Electronics, Robotics, or related field
📍 Location: Remote-first (with regular travel to Switzerland)
