hirify.global is a European yacht charter marketplace helping sailors book vessels across 20+ global destinations.

What you will do

  • Conduct UX audits and competitor analysis to improve the existing booking funnel.
  • Map customer journey flows and interview clients and sales managers to identify pain points.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for critical booking screens.
  • Create and maintain design system components for mobile-first layouts.
  • Analyze user behavior using tools like PostHog to form and test design hypotheses.
  • Prepare comprehensive specifications and assets for seamless frontend development handoff.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product design experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or travel sectors.
  • Proficiency in end-to-end design, including both user research and high-fidelity UI creation.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conversion-focused design and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in Figma (prototyping, auto-layout, and dev handoff).
  • Fluent English (working language) and Russian language proficiency.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote, distributed environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with analytics tools like Hotjar or Google Analytics.
  • Background in A/B testing and data-informed product design.
  • Basic familiarity with HTML and CSS.
