What you will do

• Drive product strategy and define roadmaps that align with company vision and market needs.
• Write comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and define MVP scopes.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with design, development, and marketing teams.
• Manage project lifecycles using Agile methodologies, including timehirify.global and risk oversight.
• Set and track product KPIs, utilizing data analysis to guide optimization.
• Identify security and privacy considerations during the product requirements phase.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the Internet Technology industry in product management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 equivalent).
• Deep understanding of Agile development processes and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Fundamental knowledge of software architecture, including APIs, databases, and client-server structures.
• Strong background in data-driven decision-making and KPI management.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural, international environment.

Nice to have

• Proven experience in AI integration.
• Proficiency in Japanese or Korean.
• Expertise in user research methods such as A/B testing and interviews.
