Что делать

  • Identify and source potential partners including influencers, educators, and agencies via LinkedIn, Telegram, and other digital channels.
  • Conduct discovery calls and negotiate partnership terms, including revenue share models.
  • Onboard new partners into tracking systems and educate them on promotional best practices.
  • Support partners in launching campaigns and optimizing performance to reach active status.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure a clean, predictable partnership pipeline.
  • Hand over activated partners to the Business Development team for long-term account management.

Требования

  • Experience in partnerships, sales, affiliate marketing, or business development specifically within the Trading industry.
  • Native or highly proficient in Urdu to effectively engage the target market.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proactive, follow-up driven mindset.
  • Comfort working with performance targets and clear KPIs.
  • Experience using CRMs and various digital communication tools.
