What you will do

• Communicate directly with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure content clarity.
• Manage and modify all texts and wording within the hirify.global Pay service to optimize user understanding.
• Oversee translation procedures and tasks to ensure consistent messaging.
• Act as the primary point of contact for cross-language translation projects.
• Translate technical documentation and service content primarily from English to Chinese or Korean to English to Chinese.

Requirements

• BS degree or above.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English is required.
• Strong understanding of user communication and content writing.
• Proven ability in technical writing or content creation.
• Must be based in Taipei for this onsite position.

Nice to have

• Professional experience with Korean language skills.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in a mobile service company.
