Location: Onsite at Thailand Head Office, Gaysorn Tower, Bangkok

What you will do
- Set the strategic direction for Thailand's corporate and product communications and PR agenda
- Serve as primary communications advisor to the CMO and senior leadership on reputation, sentiment, issues, and risk
- Lead media relations, proactive storytelling, and issues/crisis communications including spokesperson strategy and real-time response
- Manage executive communications, including speeches, interviews, and media appearances
- Oversee media monitoring, sentiment tracking, and proactive risk and opportunity identification
- Lead and develop the PR and Communications team and manage external PR agencies
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields
- 15+ years of communications/PR experience, including senior leadership responsibility
- Extensive experience in corporate communications, media relations, and crisis management
- Trusted advisor experience with C-level executives
- Strong understanding of technology, digital platforms, and consumer tech ecosystem
- Professional proficiency in Thai and English
