What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans including functional, integration, security, and performance testing.
• Contribute frequently to the test automation harness within the continuous integration pipeline.
• Design tools to support automated, load, and performance testing for product features.
• Collaborate with scrum teams from design through to production support to ensure feature quality.
• Mentor and guide team members on quality engineering best practices and technical workflows.
• Drive initiatives to increase test coverage while reducing overall execution time.

Requirements

• Expertise in automated testing tools and strategies for both frontend and backend systems.
• Working experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Proven experience with Cypress and Playwright frameworks.
• Background in performance engineering and profiling tools like k6.
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience with GitHub Actions.
• Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams.

• Experience in a startup environment building test frameworks from the ground up.
