What you will do
- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to handle support inquiries efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve service processes.
- Act as a customer advocate to identify and implement solutions for a better user journey.
- Track, monitor, and analyze customer feedback from the market.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) required.
- Strong understanding of user communication principles.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in customer service or related communication roles.
