What you will do

• Act as a liaison between Runtime engineering teams and the security organization to shape the security roadmap.
• Design, implement, and own security-oriented frameworks to harden data plane products.
• Provide expert security design guidance and code reviews for sensitive system paths.
• Evangelize and mentor engineering teams on secure SDLC and best practices.
• Break down complex security problems into actionable tasks and prototypes using agile methodologies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in developing and leading teams for complex software solutions.
• Expertise in Golang or Rust programming languages.
• Strong technical understanding of security at all levels of the TCP/IP stack.
• Proven ability to identify and mitigate threat vectors in code and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
• Strong communication skills to articulate security requirements across diverse engineering teams.
