Salary: $200,000 – $225,000 USD

What you will do

• Operate in a hybrid systems engineering and software development capacity on internal infrastructure platforms.
• Design, build, and maintain streaming monitoring tooling and high-performance packet analysis systems.
• Develop automation frameworks and configuration management tools to improve platform quality.
• Enhance service efficiency and resilience through advanced alerting and observability strategies.
• Perform deep-dive debugging of low-level performance issues within complex software stacks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Python and Go
• Strong command of Linux operating systems
• Proven experience working on infrastructure challenges in a reliability capacity
• Hands-on knowledge of message streaming queues like Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Experience with big data/time-series databases like Clickhouse or Cassandra
• Experience with container lifecycle management, Kubernetes, and CI/CD systems

Nice to have

• Experience with Rust, C, or C++
• Routing protocol and network design knowledge
• Experience with Arista or Cisco hardware
