What you will do

• Execute and prioritize the content programming roadmap across x.la and hirify.global Mall platforms.
• Manage day-to-day live operations, including scheduling campaigns, homepage tile updates, and quality assurance.
• Drive the integration of AI-driven automations and agentic workflows to improve operational speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and BD teams to align content delivery with strategic business objectives.
• Track and report on performance indicators like CTR and platform utilization to guide content optimizations.
• Develop scalable operating standards and content calendar processes for partner storefronts.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in content operations, digital merchandising, or marketplace operations.
• Demonstrated experience in applying AI tools and agentic AI workflows into day-to-day work.
• Proven ability to design AI-driven automations to reduce manual operational overhead.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to guide content performance decisions.
• Proficiency in managing CMS platforms, project tracking tools, and operational dashboards.
• Comfortable working in evolving systems and building new processes.

Nice to have

• Experience building agentic workflows using tools like Claude or n8n.
• Track record of connecting AI tools to operational systems like CMS or project management platforms.
