Ventora is an ambitious AI platform designed to turn ideas into working MVPs, validate them in real markets, launch payments, and test demand automatically. The product democratizes access to AI-driven product creation, making advanced technology and entrepreneurship accessible to a much broader audience. A core part of the platform is already built and in use, and we are now entering a phase of active growth and product development. We’re looking for an experienced specialist who wants to work at the cutting edge of applied AI, influence the platform’s architecture and evolution, and apply their skills where engineering decisions directly shape real products and impact. Your role:
- Test new product features across web applications, backend logic, and integrations
- Validate MVPs used in real market testing and early user feedback loops
- Work closely with engineering to identify, reproduce, and resolve bugs
- Verify APIs, databases, and third-party integrations
- Improve release quality, product stability, and regression coverage
🤖 AI-First QA Use AI tools daily to improve QA speed, depth, and quality:
- test case generation
- bug analysis and reproduction
- exploratory testing support
- regression coverage improvement
- documentation and QA workflow optimization
You will also help validate AI-powered features such as LLM integrations and other intelligent product flows, while learning how AI can be used not only in the product, but also as part of the QA workflow itself. Required:
- 3+ years of professional experience in QA / software testing
- Experience testing web applications, backend systems, and APIs
- Hands-on experience with test automation (Python, Node.js)
- Experience working with production products and cross-functional teams
AI & Modern Development:
- Regular use of AI tools to improve testing speed and quality
- Interest in applying AI to test generation, bug analysis, and QA workflows
- Experience testing AI-powered or LLM-based features is a strong plus
