About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, build reports, and provide actionable insights that support company growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

🔸Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
🔸Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor key business metrics
🔸Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
🔸Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions
🔸Prepare regular and ad hoc analytical reports for management
🔸Support decision-making with clear, data-driven recommendations
🔸Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
🔸Collaborate with product, marketing, finance, and operations teams

Requirements

🔸3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role
🔸Strong knowledge of SQL and Excel
🔸Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
🔸Proficiency in data analysis using Python or R is a plus
🔸Solid understanding of statistics and data visualization principles
🔸Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
🔸Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings clearly
🔸Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
