What you will do

• Identify and onboard a global network of crypto content creators, KOLs, and community leaders to hirify.global Square.
• Guide creators through the onboarding process including communication and documentation.
• Track and analyze content engagement metrics to refine strategy and growth.
• Plan and execute online events such as AMAs, live streams, and community campaigns.
• Monitor crypto trends and emerging content creators across key regional markets.
• Support team operations to improve project execution efficiency.

Requirements

• Current university student or recent graduate with a passion for the crypto and Web3 space.
• Familiarity with regional creator ecosystems in CIS, LATAM, SEA, or MENA.
• Strong communication and project management skills with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• English proficiency required, additional languages like Chinese, Spanish, Russian, or Portuguese are preferred.
• Proactive mindset with experience in content creation or managing social media channels.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience managing social media platforms like Twitter, Telegram, YouTube, or TikTok.
• Prior experience in community operations or KOL collaborations.
• Proven track record of organizing live community events or AMAs.
