About the Role

You will lead and design system risk management across development and operations. You will assess system risks, coordinate emergency and incident responses, manage information security and cybersecurity controls, evaluate and oversee external vendors and cloud services, handle system audit responses and third party certification, and create and maintain policies and manuals while working with business, legal/compliance, and internal audit.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of practical experience in system risk management or IT audit at a financial institution or audit firm
• Knowledge of financial IT regulations such as the Payment Services Act and FISC security guidelines
• Strong communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration
• High awareness of compliance and security practices
• Preferred certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or system audit engineer
• Web3 industry experience is a plus
• Experience with regulatory response and ISO27001/ISMS certification is desirable

Responsibilities

• Lead system risk evaluation
• Manage emergency and system incident response
• Manage information security and cybersecurity controls
• Select and manage external vendors and cloud services
• Coordinate system audit responses and certification efforts
• Develop and maintain policies, manuals, and IT control documentation
• Collaborate with business units, legal and compliance, and internal audit
