What you will do

• Manage the operational framework, processes, and workflows for the partner ecosystem.
• Oversee administration, configuration, and support of the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and operational metrics for partner engagement.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all partner-related systems and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Product, Sales, and Operations to drive process improvements.
• Troubleshoot system issues and work with technical teams to resolve defects and configuration challenges.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in partner operations, sales operations, or systems administration.
• Must be able to work on-site in Raanana, Israel as part of the hybrid model.
• Proficiency in administering CRM or PRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Strong analytical skills for building reports and maintaining operational metrics.
• Experience in process workflow design and operational documentation.
• Strong communication skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
