Lead Devops Engineer

TL;DR

Lead DevOps Engineer: Supporting R&D and engineering teams in building, maintaining, and improving infrastructure for development and release processes with an accent on optimizing CI/CD pipelines and ensuring reliable and secure infrastructure. What you will do

• Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment processes.
• Build and manage containerized environments using Docker and related tools.
• Support infrastructure across cloud and on-premise environments.
• Automate operational processes and infrastructure provisioning.
• Maintain secure and reliable environments for development and production.
• Contribute to building AI-ready infrastructure.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Docker Compose.
• Experience designing and maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in Bash, Python, and Terraform.
• Solid background working with cloud platforms; Google Cloud Platform experience is highly valued.
• Knowledge of infrastructure security practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes and Helm.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
• Understanding of DNS configuration, reverse proxies, system services management, and certificate lifecycle management.
