What you will do

• Manage high-stakes, large-scale flagship programs from ideation to go-live as the primary interface for top-tier clients.
• Lead and mentor a high-performance delivery team including Project Managers, Configurators, and Business Analysts.
• Design and implement a company-wide delivery framework, including RACI, stage-gates, and KPI tracking.
• Bridge the gap between strategic goals and granular execution while ensuring platform scalability.
• Optimize project management toolkits and dashboards for transparent reporting to the executive team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Program or Project Management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of executing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in client-facing environments.
• Hands-on experience in building capacity-planning models and delivery frameworks.
• Strong startup grit and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Experience in Program Management consulting is highly preferred.
