What you will do

• Prototype, implement, refactor, lead, and unblock others as needed.
• Challenge assumptions that don’t scale or make sense.
• Own and shape the architecture of AI-driven capabilities in the hirify.global platform.
• Design flexible, evolvable, and resilient systems.
• Drive technical direction and decision-making for the AI team.
• Translate AI possibilities into pragmatic, shippable product solutions.

Requirements

• Strong ownership mentality and execution-oriented.
• Think about AI-first workflows, probabilistic systems, model limitations, and human-in-the-loop design.
• Eager to actively test emerging AI trends and assess their real-world impact in production systems.
• Comfortable designing systems where determinism is optional.
• Backend-heavy full-stack engineer (Python, Langfuse, Qdrant, MCP, Deepeval, PyTorch,...).
• Solid frontend understanding.
• Experience designing distributed systems, APIs and service boundaries and scalable, observable, production-grade platforms.
