General Manager, Laos (Food Delivery)

What you will do

• Own the full P&L and lead all business operations across Laos.
• Define and execute the country growth strategy with a focus on profitability, efficiency, and scalability.
• Build and lead a cross-functional leadership team to deliver business outcomes.
• Drive operational excellence across commercial, logistics, marketing, and customer experience functions.
• Strengthen vendor, customer, and rider relationships to support loyalty and sustainable growth.
• Represent the brand in Laos and manage external relationships and regulatory affairs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• 10+ years of leadership experience, including P&L ownership and strategic project execution.
• International experience and a background in fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup or technology environments.
• Experience leading and scaling organizations of 100+ employees across diverse functions.
• Strong business judgment, customer and market focus, communication skills, and experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• Fluent English and Lao required; ability to work in a multicultural, cross-border environment.
