• Design and develop a target model for order processing, from entry to packaging and shipment.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, losses, and gaps in the flow through systemic process changes.
• Ensure a holistic flow logic rather than local optimization of individual operations.
• Incorporate interfaces, constraints, prompts, and other solutions into processes to reduce the impact of human factors.
• Form a system of operational metrics for quality, cycle time, throughput, reprocessing, and flow losses.
• Ensure the transparency of sorting processes at the level of sections, flows, and critical points.

Требования

• Experience in designing or optimizing flow/conveyor/production processes.
• Systemic thinking and ability to lead changes in a complex operational environment.
• Financial thinking (P&L as a management and decision-making tool).
• Ability to manage a team.
• Strong expertise in process/industrial engineering.
• Understanding of flow systems: conveyors, sorting, routing, bottleneck management.
• Skills in project management and economic evaluation of initiatives.
• Skills in implementing measurement systems.
• Understanding of WMS/TMS/accounting systems.
• Ability to independently perform engineering calculations, analyze process data, model flow, and quickly assemble layout solutions for hypothesis testing.
• Ability to build interaction with operations, analytics, and IT.
