Account Support Analyst

TL;DR

Account Support Analyst (Fintech): Ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering service contract terms by establishing an aligned governance model with clients. What you will do

• Establish an aligned governance model with clients to drive service performance and engagement.
• Train clients on using the MyNCR portal for creating and managing work orders.
• Ensure data integrity within NCR systems and prioritize reporting.
• Manage endpoint registration and ensure proper coverage in the delivery system.
• Address billing disputes and concession approvals related to accounts receivable.
• Reconcile penalties and work to avoid SLA breaches.

Requirements

• Technical/Vocational certification or High School diploma with 0-1 years of related experience.
• Detailed oriented, analytical and/or technical experience, preferably within NCR Services.
• Demonstrated proficiencies with Microsoft Office Suite software, excellent in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues with a sense of urgency.
• Willing to work non-standard business hours as required by customers.

• Experience in the various NCR Lines of Businesses.
• Experience of working in a managed services or outsourcing environment.
