What you will do

• Own features from product specification through implementation and production validation.
• Architect high-performance server-side systems focusing on correctness and operational simplicity.
• Write behavior-driven specs to define implementation outcomes before coding.
• Lead technical design and code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis on complex production issues within Linux network stacks.
• Drive improvements in team tooling and engineering practices using AI-native workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive software development experience.
• Strong, production-proven proficiency in Go.
• Hands-on experience with Linux networking stacks in production environments.
• Fluency in AI-assisted development for brainstorming, spec generation, and validation.
• Experience with BDD or similar behavior-driven software validation approaches.
• Strong product mindset focused on outcomes rather than task execution.

Nice to have

• Working experience with Python, C, or Rust.
• Background in network and web security, specifically WAF, IDS/IPS, or traffic analysis.
• Experience integrating AI/ML features into production systems.
• Familiarity with hosting ecosystem tools like cPanel, Plesk, nginx, or Apache.
