What you will do

• Manage and develop a personal base of webmasters, handling onboarding and long-term retention.
• Transfer and scale an active affiliate base specifically within the CPA network environment.
• Negotiate cooperation terms, including rates, caps, and custom bonuses.
• Analyze key traffic performance metrics such as CR, EPC, ROI, and approval rates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize affiliate setups for maximum efficiency.
• Build and maintain long-term, high-turnover partner relationships.

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of relevant experience within a CPA network.
• Must have an active and loyal base of webmasters ready to be transferred.
• Proven experience on the CPA network side (advertiser-only experience is not accepted).
• Strong understanding of performance metrics and traffic optimization in the iGaming niche.
• Ability to demonstrate professional-level competence in partner lifecycle management.
