What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and architecture using Snowflake, dbt, and AWS.
• Implement scalable ETL processes and data models that power cross-organizational analytics.
• Develop AI-assisted analytics and insights that surface patterns and anomalies to support operations teams.
• Tackle complex data challenges including entity resolution, multi-system attribution, and household matching.
• Collaborate directly with leasing, marketing, and property management teams to translate workhirify.globals into technical solutions.
• Own projects end-to-end, including stakeholder communication, deployment, and ongoing adoption.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of data engineering experience in operations-heavy, data-forward environments.
• High proficiency in SQL, Python, and modern data stack technologies (Snowflake, Fivetran, Dagster/Airhirify.global, dbt).
• Strong expertise in data modeling with dbt and designing for high availability and fault tolerance.
• Experience integrating AI-powered insights or tools into existing operational workhirify.globals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation, AI prompting, and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to translate business problems into elegant data solutions within startup environments.
