What you will do

• Manage and improve the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program to meet security standards and business SLAs.
• Lead the company's security awareness program, including training content development and social engineering simulations.
• Oversee GRC team operations, including project tracking, periodic planning, and financial reporting.
• Drive GRC efficiency through automation and data-driven decision-making.
• Support internal and external audit processes, risk assessments, and policy management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or GRC.
• Proven experience in IT, cyber, or third-party risk management.
• Background in security awareness, including phishing and vishing training implementation.
• Solid understanding of industry frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO, NIST, CIS, DORA, and GDPR.
• Exceptional communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to handle tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with GRC software and compliance/risk management platforms.
• Background in the financial or digital assets sector.
• Familiarity with product development lifecycles.
