What you will do

• Define and build a scalable brand motion system including a brand motion kit.
• Design and produce motion assets for campaigns, product launches, events, and social media.
• Develop UI and product animations for web, including micro-interactions and transitions using Lottie.
• Create product demo and instructional videos to simplify complex technical workflows.
• Produce live-action video edits including interviews, customer stories, and founder-led content.
• Establish motion principles and documentation to ensure high-quality brand consistency.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in motion design or video production in the tech industry.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Proven ability to create Lottie animations optimized for web performance.
• Strong understanding of motion principles, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to simplify complex technical products through engaging visuals.
• Must be able to work onsite at the NYC HQ.
