What you will do

• Define and build a scalable brand motion system and motion kit for all touchpoints.
• Design and produce motion assets for campaigns, product launches, events, and social media.
• Create UI and product animations for web, including micro-interactions and transitions using Lottie.
• Produce product demo and instructional-style videos that simplify technical workflows.
• Edit live-action video, including customer stories, founder-led storytelling, and brand narratives.
• Establish and document motion principles to ensure consistency across the brand ecosystem.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in motion design, animation, or video production within the tech industry.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Proven track record of creating Lottie animations optimized for web performance.
• Strong understanding of motion principles, pacing, and storytelling.
• Ability to simplify technical product concepts into clear, engaging visual narratives.
• Portfolio showing high-level craft, polish, and design quality is required.
