Location: Hybrid (Romania). Employees work 80% remotely and 20% in the office.

What you will do

  • Collaborate on the design and refinement of game economic and statistical systems.
  • Identify and track key performance metrics to measure game and feature success.
  • Build simulations and models to understand and anticipate player behavior.
  • Validate models to ensure alignment with regulatory compliance standards.
  • Develop visual reports and dashboards to highlight trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze market and player insights to guide future product design.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
  • Understanding of statistical modeling, data analysis, and economic principles.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or Excel.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for games as both a player and a creator.
  • Strong collaborative communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in game design, development, or programming.
