Graphic Designer (Fintech)

TL;DR

Graphic Designer (Fintech): Taking ownership of hirify.global's visual identity and shaping how the brand is experienced globally with an accent on brand guidelines, website design, and marketing visuals. Focus on adapting visuals to different cultural contexts and ensuring consistency across various markets.

Location: This position is located in Turku and we wish to see you at the office at least twice a week.

Salary: somewhere between 3200-3800€/month depending on your experience

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and evolve brand identity and brand guidelines.
• Design visual layouts for websites.
• Create event and trade show materials aligned with the brand.
• Produce and manage visual assets to support market-specific versioning and localized adaptations.
• Collaborate closely with the IT and marketing teams to bring designs into production.
• Test, iterate, and refine designs to create engaging user experiences.

Requirements

• Experience in website design.
• A strong visual eye and passion for design.
• Ability to design clear, engaging, responsive, and user-friendly web and marketing visuals.
• Understanding of marketing and how visual design supports it.
• Interest in localization and designing for different markets.
• Ability to balance creativity with consistency and brand governance.
• A portfolio showcasing real work from the projects where your designs have been implemented.

Skills & tools

• Familiarity with Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience with Figma.
• Experience with Canva.
• Basic technical understanding of how designs are implemented.
