What you will do
- Contribute to the evolution of integration data pipelines.
- Engineer for scale, improving the performance of data pipelines.
- Develop the data platform to serve popular products.
- Collaborate with delivery engineering teams to improve data integration.
- Apply rigorous software engineering practices to the data domain.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software design and systems engineering.
- Fluency reading and writing Python code.
- Comfortable with SQL and working with Postgres databases.
- Technical familiarity across the data ecosystem.
- Strong self starter initiative.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with data engineering tools like dbt, Snowflake, Apache Airflow, Dagster, SQL Alchemy, Fivetran, Kafka.
- Familiarity with optimizing SQL queries.
- Familiarity with Kotlin and Go.
- Knowledgeable of data engineering paradigms like ETL, ELT, Medallion Architecture, and Data Mesh.
