• Consolidate and analyze hirify.global’s overall product portfolio from a strategic perspective.
• Support analyses related to investments, cost, and portfolio efficiency.
• Ensure that recommendations lead to concrete actions in the organization.
• Collaborate closely with Business Areas across hirify.global.
• Translate complex information into clear insights.
• Ensure that strategic conclusions gain traction across the organization.

Requirements

• A university degree in engineering, business, economics, or a related field.
• Experience from product management, portfolio management, or strategic analysis in an industrial environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure complex information.
• Experience in corporate development, strategy consulting, or a similar analytical role.
• Experience preparing presentations and decision material for senior stakeholders.
• The ability to communicate clearly and engage stakeholders across different functions.
