Salary: Gross salary range is 2600-3380 EUR/month.

What you will do

• Create and deliver performance-driven video ads for paid social (Meta, TikTok), along with supporting static assets.
• Own the creative process from concept to final execution, ensuring high-quality, on-brand output.
• Produce and iterate on short-form video ads optimized for engagement and conversions.
• Use performance data (ROAS, CPA, CTR) to continuously test, improve, and scale winning creatives.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and new creative opportunities.
• Adapt hooks, messaging, and CTAs to different audiences and platforms.

Requirements

• Have 2+ years of experience in a creative or performance marketing role, with a strong focus on video.
• Be skilled in motion design and video editing (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, or similar tools).
• Have experience creating high-performing ads for Meta and/or TikTok.
• Understand performance marketing metrics and how creatives impact results.
• Be both creative and analytical, able to generate ideas and validate them with data.
• Be fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
