What you will do

• Design intuitive, high-performance interfaces for a perpetual trading platform.
• Own the full design lifecycle: research, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ship features fast.
• Optimize complex trading UX (order types, positions, risk management, charts).
• Conduct user research and gather feedback from real traders and power users.
• Maintain and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product design experience (preferably in fintech, trading, or DeFi).
• Strong portfolio showcasing complex, data-heavy interfaces.
• Deep understanding of UX principles and interaction design.
• Experience designing for web apps (mobile is a plus).
• Familiarity with crypto, DeFi, or trading platforms (CEX or DEX).
• Proficiency in tools like Figma and prototyping tools.
