What you will do
- Manage the production of features and systems across one or more AAA development pods.
- Partner with discipline leads to define scope, sprint goals, and resource roadmaps.
- Drive alignment between game leadership, creative vision, and shipping commitments.
- Provide data-driven reporting on project health, risks, and burn-down milestones.
- Coordinate execution across internal teams and external development partners.
- Continuously improve production workflows, risk management, and platform submission processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years in game production, including 3+ years at Senior Producer level.
- Experience shipping at least one AAA multi-platform title end-to-end.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional teams of 20+ developers.
- Deep expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to align diverse teams around priorities.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

- Experience working in partnership with external client developers.
