What you will do

• Manage the production of features and systems across one or more AAA development pods.
• Partner with discipline leads to define scope, sprint goals, and resource roadmaps.
• Drive alignment between game leadership, creative vision, and shipping commitments.
• Provide data-driven reporting on project health, risks, and burn-down milestones.
• Coordinate execution across internal teams and external development partners.
• Continuously improve production workflows, risk management, and platform submission processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years in game production, including 3+ years at Senior Producer level.
• Experience shipping at least one AAA multi-platform title end-to-end.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams of 20+ developers.
• Deep expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to align diverse teams around priorities.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

• Experience working in partnership with external client developers.
• Proven background in co-development environments.
