• Provide critical labeling, annotations, and inputs for safety protocol development.
• Collaborate to improve AI defense mechanisms against illegal behavior.
• Analyze abuse vectors to identify and implement operational efficiencies.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in identifying and preventing CSAM and CSE risks.
• Strong background in LLM safety, platform enforcement, or Trust and Safety.
• Proficiency in analyzing complex ethical scenarios and risk assessment.
• Deep understanding of legal obligations related to child safety and online abuse.
• Capability to work onsite in Bastrop, TX.
• Ability to handle sensitive, graphic, or disturbing content.
