Location: In-person collaboration and work in a hybrid model, with 3 days per week spent in the office

What you will do

• Create high-converting UGC video ads for TikTok and Snapchat, focusing on capturing attention within the first 3 seconds.
• Analyse performance and iterate quickly, scaling winning creatives and improving underperforming ones.
• Partner with Creative Producers, marketing teams, and creators to deliver performance-driven, brand-aligned content.
• Stay up to date with platform trends and native formats to keep creatives relevant and competitive.
• Adapt and localise video assets for different markets.
• Experiment with AI tools to improve workflows and output.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in motion design or video editing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion and solid design fundamentals.
• Strong experience with short-form UGC video (TikTok-first mindset).
• High proficiency in After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience working with Figma.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience mentoring or supporting other motion designers.
• Experience with localisation across markets.
• Familiarity with video automation workflows.
• Basic 3D or advanced motion skills.
