TL;DR

Frontend Engineer (AI): Building and optimizing the frontend interface for an RLOps platform with an accent on visualizing complex real-time AI workloads like streaming inference and live feedback. Focus on creating a performant, scalable design system and intuitive user experiences for enterprise-grade generative AI products.

Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to the Paris Office.

hirify.global is a frontier AI startup developing an RLOps platform that enables enterprises to specialize and deploy LLMs into production.

What you will do

Design, iterate, and implement the frontend for generative AI products.
Develop high-quality React and TypeScript software with a focus on performance.
Build and maintain a scalable design system and component library.
Construct systematic frontend processes to improve development strategy.
Bridge the needs of commercial and technical teams to define the product roadmap.
Communicate clearly within a distributed team using asynchronous workflows.

Requirements

Significant experience in frontend or frontend-leaning full-stack development.
Strong engineering skills focused on performance, accessibility, and UI robustness.
Proficiency with React, TypeScript, and the modern frontend ecosystem.
Track record of shipping polished products under tight deadlines.
Comfortable using AI-assisted programming tools for development workflows.
Must be able to work in-person from the Paris office.
