What you will do

• Coach team members to develop skills and achieve performance goals.
• Identify team strengths and delegate tasks accordingly.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of Game Presenters and Shufflers.
• Resolve team conflicts and facilitate effective communication.
• Organize team initiatives and manage documentation accessibility.
• Assist Service Managers with table rotations and lead pre-shift meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 months of experience in team management.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Turkish.
